About Nischhal
I’m Nischhal Raj Subba, a Product Designer in Nepal focused on Web3 UX, SaaS dashboards, fintech app experiences, service websites, design systems, and front-end-aware product design.
Designing for clarity, trust, and implementation
My work sits between product strategy, interface design, content structure, and implementation thinking. I like projects where the challenge is not only making screens look polished, but making complex flows easier to understand and easier for teams to build.
That shows up in Web3 products like Yarsha and Mokshya.io, service websites like Hamro Idea and Morajaa, fintech experience work like piHub, and SaaS/product planning work like Orkest HQ.
I try to frame my portfolio honestly: whether I led the design, contributed within a team, designed and coded the front end, or explored a personal product. That matters because good product design work should be able to survive questions.
Wallet and protocol clarity
I focus on transaction review, trust language, onboarding, and product storytelling so users understand what will happen before they act.
Dashboards and workflows
I structure data-heavy products, admin screens, and modular workflows so teams can scan, decide, and complete tasks with less confusion.
Service pages that explain
I design SEO-friendly websites that clearly communicate services, process, trust signals, and conversion paths for software and consulting businesses.
Front-end-aware design
I document states, responsive behavior, edge cases, and component logic so developers do not have to guess what the design means.
How I work
Clarify the problem
I start by understanding the users, business goals, existing flows, content gaps, technical constraints, and what success should look like.
Shape the flow
I map the journey, define content hierarchy, reduce unnecessary steps, and make important actions easier to understand.
Design the interface
I design responsive screens, reusable components, UI states, microcopy, and interaction details that support the product goal.
Prepare for build
I provide implementation-ready notes, acceptance criteria, component behavior, and edge-case guidance to reduce rework.
